No window or shutter installations will be approved without this document signed by the resident and their contractor.This document was approved by the board in June 2020 and serves to allow the association to file a claim directly with the contractor's insurer thus preventing the risk of an assessment being filed against the resident in case of damage by the contractor.

Apartments range from about 850 s.f to 1400 s.f.
